Things that bothers me the most

Hello everyone!
The fact that I’m writing a blog today is weirdly, stunningly and so unexpected of me. I haven’t write anything since the last time I worked at a company nearly two months ago.

There are a lot of things I want to share to others, but I’ll try to keep it simple. It is about the most sensitive issue ever existed which have been a taboo for ages among the world communities.

SEXUALITY

What defines sexuality? According to many sources, sexuality is defined as thoughts, feelings and conforming to either of the attraction, towards the opposite or of the same sex. Now it may seem like it is easy to define sexuality as it is however, with first hand real-world experience in mind, it isn’t as easy as what was described in definitions by intellectuals or lexicographers.

While the experiences may vary arbitrarily, one thing is for sure for many, the complexity that it brings to the emotion and mental well being is a double-edged sword. It may destroy the human inside you if it swings on the wrong side but at the same time if it swings on the right side, it will provide happiness that one might be looking for or dream of.

Let’s break down this issue to a laymen perspective (personally on my point of view):
1.The needs to label and to conform to a specific community is an intense stage during teenage hood (some might lead to suicidal thoughts, attempts and cases)

2.The confusion of whether this is something acceptable or something that does not go beyond the other party’s favor in many variables (acceptable and non-acceptable norms which may varies with different people in different situation).

3.The needs to experience hurt, mental torture and abuse before finding the right ones.

4.Trauma on HIV-AIDS or STD related diseases consequences.

5.The right age gap for love.  Older vs Younger with terms like Cougar and etc.

6.History VS Present sexuality occasions

7.Coming out of the closet or stay in the closet? (Hindered by fear and atrocious individuals it may attracts)

8.Slanders, name calling and public shaming to people of different sexuality

9.Stereotypes on Gender Identity

10.Religious belief vs Innate Instinct

These are the issues which I am sure would have happened to many other communities across the globe.Communities around the world should start addressing these issues before it plagues our society with hatred and negativity. Addressing the issue by not simply put a Code of Conduct or rulings, but rather approach these issues through discussions and understandings before it is too late.

A lot of people see this as an opportunity to impose certain religious belief instead of trying to understand what’s happening around them. To remain in power and to be in favor of the majority, some countries just couldn’t be bothered to take these issues seriously even though its happening around us daily.

We should celebrate love as it is. Sexual or non-sexual, we don’t need people to tell us, what is right and wrong in love. What we need to understand is everyone are entitled to feel different and differences are not something should be judged for. If ethnicity’s boundaries gap could be closed, why wouldn’t love boundaries gap be it of the opposite or same sex attraction to be closed as well?

"Don't be afraid of being different, be afraid of being the same as everyone else"

Love Yourself Campaign by BTS X Unicef is one of some examples to be open about these issues.
